Chandan is a working professional at Capgemini with five years of industry experience under his belt. But Chandan’s journey took an intriguing turn two years ago when he decided to embark on a new chapter by enrolling in the Executive MBA degree program at Dayananda Sagar University.

However, Chandan is quick to acknowledge that his journey isn’t just about personal achievements. “Becoming a father is hard work,” he remarks, shedding light on the myriad of roles he’s embraced over the past 17 months. From the responsibilities of a husband to the leadership demands at work and the role of a determined student, Chandan’s journey epitomizes the delicate balance between ambition and family obligations.
So how did Chandan navigate through the challenges of balancing work, family, and studies? “There is no such secret for my success or hard work,” he asserts. “Just keep yourself strong. If you have to do something, you have to do it.” It’s a mantra rooted in resilience and unwavering determination, coupled with the constant support of his family and loved ones.
