Meet Kishan Kumar, a seasoned professional with almost 21 years of invaluable work experience, currently steering the ship as the head of a plant in the esteemed Ajax industry—a powerhouse in concrete, equipment, and vehicle manufacturing located in Doddaballapur. He shares his Executive MBA journey with WiseOwl Edu.
Curious minds wonder, what motivated an industry leader with such extensive experience to pursue an Executive MBA? In Kishan’s own words, “Though I have 21 years of experience, and I am a Mechanical Engineer. So talking about the perspective of a business model, I thought this is the right approach by joining Dayananda Sagar University MBA program for working professionals. I thought it could enhance my skills, so that’s why my first thought was to join EMBA. So that I can grasp all the business analytical skills.”

Though I had practical experience, some of the models, or some of the concepts which we never understood even though we are doing it in our regular practice. How we put it into the simple template, and how we analyse it, that gives us the real crux of MBA.’ So that is why that helps us a lot.”
